Immune Boosting Lemon tea with a kick
Ingredients
The juice and skin of 2 lemons
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper,
2 teaspoons of raw honey,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger,
3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar,
600ml boiling filtered water.
Method
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Let it brew for 10 mins and then enjoy!
