Immune Boosting Lemon tea with a kick

Ingredients

  • The juice and skin of 2 lemons

  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper,

  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey,

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger,

  • 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar,

  • 600ml boiling filtered water.

    Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a pot. Let it brew for 10 mins and then enjoy!
