These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Carolyn Allen Health Pty Ltd ABN 34 662 132 372 the owner and operator of the Site and any Services and you, a user of the Site and/or Services.

Our Agreement, our Website Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and will come into effect when the updated terms and condition are posted to the Website. Your continued use of our website, social media platforms, online programs or services indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Policy.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Website Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy (or any subsequent amendments) you must cease using our Site and Services immediately.

Products
You are solely responsible for the proper and safe handling, preparation, storage, use and consumption of the products you receive from us. As outlined in our health disclaimer, we urge that you speak to your medical provider before using our products or following any dietary recommendations or changes in activity level accompanying one of our programs. All products distributed by Carolyn Allen Health Pty Ltd are designed for adults 18 and older. You are also solely responsible for knowing about any food allergies you may have and for verifying the products and their ingredients before handing, preparing, using or consuming such products. You can contact us for a list of ingredients for each of the products we use in our programs prior to purchasing any of our programs.
We do not claim to “cure” disease, however simply help you make physical and mental choices in order to help your body heal.
We reserve the right to change any and all content and to modify, suspend or stop providing access to the Sites (or any features or functionality of the Sites) and the Products at any time without notice and without obligation or liability to you.
Through our websites and our social media sites you are able to link to other websites, which are not under the control of Carolyn Allen Health Pty Ltd. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. Please contact those sites directly for any related issues.

Payment
We use a secure online payment system.
You will be required to provide us with your credit card information in order to purchase any of our Services (including any products). Credit card information may be shared with our third party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing through our Site, you agree that we may charge you the price listed at the checkout screen, and that any payments made via credit card may attract an additional percentage fee, as charged by the relevant merchant from time-to-time.
All orders must be pre-paid and will only be sent out or available for download (for electronic products) after full payment of the total amount is cleared.
You warrant that the payment details and any related personal details you provide us are correct. We accept no liability in the event you fail to provide correct or incomplete payment or personal details or for any losses suffered as a result of the fraudulent or unauthorised use of credit cards.
All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated, and inclusive of GST, and you agree that we may charge you GST as set out in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (“GST Act”).
From time to time we may issue promotional or discount codes. These can be redeemed at checkout and are subject to the terms of issue stated by us in relation to each promotion or discount.

All Services (including any goods) available from our Site are subject to consumer protections under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery & Shipping
If you are an Australian resident, you agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. If you are outside of Australia, additional shipping charges may apply and will be charged separately after your order has been processed. You can send us an email at hello@carolynallenhealth.com if you are outside of Australia to receive a quote prior to purchase.
Refunds & Returns
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian consumer Law as defined by Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
We DO NOT offer refunds or returns due to the nature of our services and products, including but not limited to, pathology testing, supplements, naturopathic services, consults, ebooks and downloadable materials. For all online programs you may request a refund within the first 7 days of starting the program. If this request is approved, you will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the price of the program. We are limited by the legislation covering health and hygiene products & virtual product delivery.
In the event of any defect with our services including any products, you must contact us immediately at hello@carolynallenhealth.com for our team to come up with a suitable resolution. Defective products must be returned within (14) fourteen days of the original postage date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.
Privacy
You agree that we will collect and manage your personal information supplied to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In the event that we may not limit our liability in your jurisdiction, you agree our total liability to you is not more than AUD$100 or the total amount you spent while using our Site, Services (and any products) within the last six months, whichever is greater.
