Life’s too short not to enjoy what we eat! While I don’t believe in dieting, I do believe what we eat needs to fuel us and be as close to nature as possible. Food should be made from plants, not in a plant.

As a naturopath I believe what we eat needs to be simple, healthy, affordable and easy to prepare.

Every time you eat, it is an opportunity to nourish your body.

I’m always turned off when I look at recipes and they’re too complex, involving a tonne of steps and ingredients that lets face it, you might not use again. That’s why I like to keep things simple, affordable and balanced. I hope you enjoy my collection of recipes.
