Quick and Easy Yoghurt Bowl for Breakfast

This is for those of us who have very little time but need to scoot out the door with our breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 150g of greek/natural yoghurt

  • 1 Tablespoon of good quality vanilla protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon of a mix of chopped almonds and sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries (thaw them out the night before)

  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter (optional)

Method

  • The night before, mix in your yoghurt with your chia seeds. Also, the night before Thaw out your frozen berries.

  • In the morning, mix through your protein powder, seeds and nuts, cinnamon and add your berries to the mix. Optional to drizzle over some nut butter if you feel l like you need that extra bit of nourishment and especially if you have exercised that morning.
