Pear and ginger smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 t rolled quinoa flakes

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tp desiccated coconut

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 pear, cored and chopped

  • 1 tp organic maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 5 cubes of ice

  • 1 tbsp bee pollen (optional)

Method

  1. Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy.
