Pear and ginger smoothie
Ingredients
1 t rolled quinoa flakes
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tp desiccated coconut
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1 pear, cored and chopped
1 tp organic maple syrup or raw honey
1 tsp grated ginger
5 cubes of ice
1 tbsp bee pollen (optional)
Method
Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
