Mango Lassi

I am having this mango lassi almost daily at the moment. I am obsessed and with good reason. It’s so delicious. It’s healthy and it’s easy. Breakfast for me often has to be quick and easy because I feel like I am always running late and rushing out the door to get my small human to school, so this hits the spot and leaves me feeling full and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 140g frozen mango (let this defrost overnight)

  • 170g natural yoghurt (make sure they haven’t added sugar)

  • water (add a little bit as you go depending on the consistency you like)

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Method

The night before, measure out your frozen mango and let it defrost.

In the morning add the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend. I like to use my Ninja Blast Portable Blender and take it with me on the go.
