Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or filtered water

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp collagen powder

  • 1 tbsp protein powder

  • 1 tbsp vital greens powder

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 tbsp nut butter to drizzle on top once blended.

Method

Blend until smooth. Add to bowl and sprinkle on any of the following: banana, nuts and seeds (see recipe), shredded coconut, goji berries, cacao nibs, blueberries, strawberries. Whatever takes your fancy really.
