Easy and Healthy Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (such as carrots, celery, sweet potatoes)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
