Buckwheat waffles

My lovely friend Katherine (check her out on instagram @the.ritual.house.naturopathy ) waffle recipe is so good ☺️ with her permission, I share it with you. Side note. I have the sunbeam shade vertical waffle maker which I love.

Ingredients

• 1 Cup of Buckwheat flour

• 1/4tsp salt

• 1tsp baking powder

• 1tsp vanilla or cinnamon

• 1 ¼ cups Milk (Almond, coconut)

• 2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

• 4tbsp Melted coconut oil or butter

• 1 egg

Method:

1. Melt oil or butter in a saucepan

2. Add milk and Apple Cider Vinegar to bowl, stir well and let sit for a few minutes

3. Add all remaining ingredients to the milk mixture, mix well and add the melted oil or butter.

4. Mixture is ready to use straight away, otherwise store in fridge and use within 3 days
